PocketBook is the reader most Americans have never heard of and plenty of Europeans swear by. Its distinguishing feature is format tolerance: it reads more file types out of the box than any Kindle or Kobo, and it assumes you already own your books rather than expecting you to buy them from a store it controls.

This is our largest category — there is very little serious PocketBook coverage in English, which is exactly why we keep writing it.
